Project description

Roquette is a leading company in special food ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients. The products and solutions developed by Roquette are designed especially for the pharmaceutical and food/nutritional sectors. Roquette products are made from vegetable raw materials, such as corn, wheat, potatoes and peas.

Request: Treatment plant of up to 55m3/day of residual effluent from the ion exchange resin regeneration process with high salt concentration (45-50 kg/m3 NaCl) via a hot water vacuum evaporator.

Solution: 1 ENVIDEST MFE- 2 50,000 WW vacuum evaporator with dual-stage hot water in SAF2507 special material + peripherals.
