- Low energy consumption
- High plant availability
- Fully automatic cleaning system
AVAILABLE MODELS AND MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES
The ENVIDEST MVR E range makes the effluent circulate purely by thermodynamic means, through differences in temperature and density. No recirculation pump is required in the circuit.
Powerful and efficient components are installed in the smallest space possible, improving distillate quality and significantly reducing energy consumption.
This type of evaporator is especially recommended for industries with low energy consumption requirements and limited space for equipment.
KEY ADVANTAGES
All our natural circulation evaporation systems have the following advantages:
- Compact design and optimal accessibility
- Fully automated and effective cleaning system
- Highly suitable for process water with emulsion / oil content
- Higher concentrate concentration through adjustable natural evaporation

OPERATION OF OUR NATURAL CIRCULATION VACUUM EVAPORATORS
Start-up and filling
When the evaporator is switched on, the filling valve opens and the product begins to fill the vessel chamber. At the same time, the electric heating elements begin to heat the vessel.
The vacuum pump also begins to create a vacuum inside the vessel to change the product’s evaporation point.
Natural circulation
Once the level is reached, the process is based purely on thermodynamics; the density of the vapors allows them to rise and move on to the next stage, which is compression.
Main compression and condensation
The vapors pass through the Roots pump, which will compress them and direct them through the main heat exchanger, where they will exchange part of their heat with the concentrate again before leaving the vessel.
Final distillate
The distillate will go to the last heat exchanger, where it will once again transfer the remaining latent heat to the product waiting to fill the vessel to the operating level.
