Project description
Manufacturer of automotive body parts. The factory in Arévalo (Ávila) belongs to the PLASTIC OMNIUM exterior components division, the European leader with 132 plants in 30 countries worldwide. Its main customers include brands such as Nissan, Peugeot, Volkswagen, Citroën, Opel, Seat and Fasa.
Request: Automatic distillation unit and recovery of DPH cleaning solvent, from paint lines.
Solution: 1 automatic flame retardant distiller with scraper, nominal output of 45 L/h, model MAV 200 Atex EX II 3G (for installation in Zone 2).
Results
Re-use of over 95% of the recovered solvent in the cleaning process.
